AHED recognizes that to drive transformative change in the hospitality industry and elevate untapped talent, it is imperative to establish influence among the next generation of leaders. To achieve this, we aim to establish our independent recruitment team dedicated to visiting high schools and community events, disseminating information about career and college opportunities in the hospitality sector.

Before finalizing our recruitment team, we are undertaking a meticulous process, including a series of focus groups involving professionals who specialize in college recruitment. Thus far, two such focus groups have been conducted, yielding valuable insights that will significantly contribute to the realization of our objectives. Anticipating the need for further refinement, we plan to organize one to two additional focus groups before initiating the recruitment process for regional positions.

Building a robust network comprising over 100 high schools is a key milestone, ensuring that our recruiters have extensive access to engage with students. We are enthusiastic about the progress made thus far and eagerly anticipate sharing more updates on our achievements in the coming months.
